Mantron ("we", "us", "our") builds AI automation and lead recovery systems for businesses in the UK, UAE, Australia, and the US. This page explains what data we collect through this website, why, and what choices you have.
We are a small, WhatsApp/email-led consultancy — we don't run a customer database, e-commerce checkout, or user accounts. Most of what's below concerns website analytics, cookies, and the tools we use to run this site, not a large-scale data operation.
1. What We Collect
Information you give us directly
- Your name, email, and message content when you contact us by email or WhatsApp
- Meeting details when you book a call via Calendly (name, email, and anything you add to the booking)
- Your answers in the AI Lead Audit or ROI Calculator tools — these run entirely in your browser and are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you choose to share your result with us directly
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — page views, approximate location (city/country level), device type, and how you navigate the site. This only runs if you accept analytics cookies in the banner.
- Approximate location for currency display — we use your IP address (via a third-party lookup service) to guess your country so we can show service pricing in your local currency as a convenience. This is an estimate only; your IP address is not stored by us. You can switch back to GBP pricing at any time using the currency toggle.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner — if you click "Reject," Google Analytics never loads.

4. Why We Process This Data

- To display pricing conveniently in your local currency (legitimate interest — no account or persistent profile is created)
5. Your Rights
UK & EU visitors (UK GDPR / GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us using the details below. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office ↗.
UAE visitors
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have similar rights to access and correct your data and to withdraw consent to processing at any time.
Australian visitors
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you can request access to and correction of personal information we hold about you.
US visitors
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, or opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
Email and WhatsApp enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, typically no longer than a few years. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard GA4 retention settings.
7. Children's Privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
